This end unit condo is in a nice residential neighborhood very close to downtown Annapolis. It has good natural light and great space, but was in need of a face lift. Prior to staging, the walls were dingy and the flooring was a mix of damaged faux hardwoods and stained carpets. The light fixtures throughout the unit were dated along with most of the other finishes of the property. Working with a limited budget and not wanting to overimprove, the floors and carpet were replaced with very durable bamboo wood floors throughout and the entire unit was painted from top to bottom in fresh white. The light fixtures were replaced and finishes updated to give the whole home a more modern look. The open floor plan needed the right furnishings to take advantage of the space and provide functionality. The result is a move in ready home that appeals to a wider buyer market.
